Very unprofessional. Left out major details on appraisal and said hoa fees , owner occupancy, 4 businesses on ground level & horrible management (one a restaurant (fire hazard) does not effect the market value. WHICH IT DOES. Considered a 1 bedroom with a den (9x12with closet ) a 2 bedroom I have tried to reach out to him many Times since then every time I call him with my phone number or text him he never responds. I CALLED HIM PRIVATE and once he heard it was me on the other end he said he was busy with a client and hung up the phone on me I am still waiting on a phone call from him so explain
