After a terrible day with air lines and panicked travel plans, Guillermo greeted us at the baggage claim to pick us up. He was very professional and kind the entire time. He picked us up from fort lauderdale and took us all the way to key west and was very knowledgeable on areas we passed through letting us know about each area even though it was dark. He gave us helpful hints for our trip and had no problem stopping for us starved people and then a bathroom break. Top of the line service and would highly recommend to any one who has the chance to use their services. Also very well kept vehicles

I wish there were higher stars because 5 does NOT do it justice! Our driver Guillermo KNOWS excellent customer service. From airport pick up, to airport drop off, to having to come back for us at the last minute because we were having issues boarding our flight...my experience was so wonderful! Guillermo was awesome. We hired him to take us to and from our airport. He was prompt and everything was perfect. Great conversation and he shared tips and advice for us on things to do in Miami.
