Highly unprofessional. We were supposed to lease the 220 Linden St. apartment under NJF Management. We completed paid background checks and were told we were their “ideal residents” as we are medical students. Then they claimed they are about to send the lease over. The lease never came.
All the sudden, they disappeared into thin air. Did not pick up phone calls, no response to our voice messages and text messages, and no response to emails.
Was doubtful of this management to begin with, as they were EXTREMELY slow/did not respond at all to many important messages such as “what is our lease

Worst experience I have ever had and I have lived all over the country with a lot of experience in renting. Do not trust them. I have so much evidence I’m not even sure how to write a comprehensive negative review that covers it all. They may act caring at first, but they will eventually leave you high and dry. They have screwed many landlords, tenants and vendors in the area... I know of 13 other people myself who got completely taken advantage of. Lawyer up if you plan on treading into this water.
