I was renting a home in Casper Wyoming. I was told if I left the home in good condition I would get my deposit . I clean up place real good even better then what they given me . After I turn in the place I send a text and called Richelle, she was the agent the got me the place. It’s been 2 weeks and still no response. So I called Rita left a voicemail and even send a email, still no response.

Rita and her team are amazing. My husband and I were looking to buy in Casper, Wy. The home I bought with Rita as the seller's agent was not ready for the market: cobwebs in most interior corners, floors dirty, interior door frame tops filthy, over 100 nail holes unfilled, and one of my demands was to have all the junk in the crawl space removed. Her assistant had some of it taken out, some moved into a corner, and a large part of it untouched. When I called Rita on it, she told me that her assistant had told the clean up man something to the effect of "that's good enough". She sent him back, and it took him 3 hours to clean it out. I would not buy another home from Rita.
