Online side of business promising discounts/coupons/great deals if you just sign up for their text messages. Of course they don't mention that most products are not eligible for this and they'll overcharge you for shipping either way. I'm tired of businesses trying to get information to sell--at least be up front about not honoring your discount for all of the items.

Absolutely amazing store! Absolutely beautiful and clean & the customer service is outstanding. They helped me get a car seat that is completely sold out and out of stock all over the country. They also brought the car seat to the car so we wouldn’t have to carry it. I am so grateful for the employees at this store. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I want to love this shop because they curate a good selection of high end baby items, but can only give them 2 stars for the poor customer service. My husband and I have been here many times since the beginning of my pregnancy, and I would say the number of times we've been offered help in the store is probably about 50/50. At times when they are busy with other customers, we have been totally ignored. Apart from the lack of customer service, however, the most absurd and maddening thing about this store is the return policy. BEWARE buyers! We once purchased an item and attempted to return

I love the Aventura location as it is very dynamic and all the ladies are very nice. When I come to Coral Gables, they never even acknowledge me even the store is always empty. There is a red hair lady that should learn how to make clients welcome and dont make people feel bad because they ask if they can gift wrap a purchase. On the other side, the young gentlemen is very attentive. I am a frequent customer and even though I am not famous I spent a lot of money here and this is just honest feedback.

Very happy with my two purchases for our Bugaboo products. Bugaboo is a high end stroller and holds its resale value. We have the Chameleon 3 and the Runner and in all likelihood will be selling them in the next year. We needed the cup holder and later discovered that the Runner required separate purchases of the adapters to fasten the seat / bassinet. They have all of the Bugaboo optional accessories here and if not are able to order them.
This store carries a lot of high end baby products from clothes, toys, strollers, car seats and may other things you might not have considered.

I registered here for my baby shower because I wanted to just have one place for my friends and family to buy cute clothes and baby supplies. I was a little nervous registering with a boutique I wasn't sure if they would be able to handle the shipping/returns etc. but this place really surpassed my expectations. Marcia in customer service is the absolute best and has made this the best experience ever!! She provides spreadsheets for me to let me know who got what. She calls me with updates on inventory and tracking info. she really goes above and beyond. I had such a wonderful experience not
