I called the ER tonight due to my wife being in intense pain due to her gallbladder and the nurse hung up on me. When I called back they mocked me. The nurse’s name was alecia and it was the night shift supervisor that hung up on me! I think I’m going to call a lawyer. Malpractice or medical negligence?

Good helpful staff but even though it was a slow day it was hours before I was going home, and I personally don't like to take pills but if I am injured to the extent where pain is a ridicules ovbservation to anyone who is interested, Dr, then it is OK to prescribe some actual pain meds, just because I don't squall and whine about it doesn't matter, my opinion is that it would be a improvement to speed up and stop being so scared to give a pain pill if you can see it's a merciful move Doc.

Dr. Patrick Walker is an absolute basket case. Dont seek treatment if he is on call because you WONT receive it. You might get some abuse though. His father on the other hand is one of the best doctors you could ask for! Too bad baby Patrick wont ever be able to fill the compasionate shoes of his father. I guess wisdom and kindness skipped a generation.

I believe the people there are very good people but they lack the equipment to be a trauma unit. The south ward produces miracles everyday and there again awesome people if you are in serious trouble always call.911 because they know where to take you and know where you need to go. They keep the hospital very clean and the food isn't to gosh darn bad at all.I lost my father here and I don't k ow if the hospital would've had better equipment or if he would had his cardiac arrest In montgomery he may have lived who kknows only the shadow knows

Recieved zero help getting in or out the door. On call doctor was completely without compassion and manhandled my injury. Waited forever for treatment barely recieved any. And to top it all off there was coagulated blood on the counter in one room and on the floor in another.

I like. Crenshaw Hospital. I've always been treated very well. And there is never a long wait in the ER. I have never had to wait 5or 6 hours to see a doctor.

Just gave it one Star so I could leave a comment. Worst hospital I have ever been in. No compassion at all. The only people that are friendly are at the front desk reception. I feel sorry for people that live in Crenshaw county. They don't even have a ultrasound machine. Pathethic. Most doctors offices have them.
