Mark Chinn and Associates are simply the best. Mark was compassionate, honest, earnest, caring, giving and to the point. He and his staff were always available, and were fun to work with even though the divorce process is never easy. He navigated me through a settlement that did not include court, but rather a mediation that saved me $$$$$. I am glad that I am through the process of divorce and can look back at it from a distance now. I would never wish that process on anyone, but sometimes it is unavoidable. Mark Chinn requires $1500 up front just to talk to him. He sends in someone to the conference room to explain that that to you and then gets you to pay up front and sign paperwork to the effect. The previous reviewer said it well, he's a "shyster." when you are in the middle of a divorce he knows you are vulnerable and not thinking straight. There are so many other good attorneys who will talk with you first at 'no charge.' Be aware!
