I was referred to them by a friend who recommended a few different companies because I'm trying to get help with the whole process while trying to use my VA Loan in the process... While I was at work four different companies called me. Out of the four that called this is the only company that called and didn't leave any type of message. Maybe it was a one time thing but it didn't seem like they wanted my business so I'm taking it elsewhere..

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would rank them lower than a "1" if it was possible. The scheduled closing date on the original purchase contract means nothing to this company. There will be multiple extension requests involved. If you are a Buyer, make sure you have lots of extra cash on hand because there's so much delays that most likely your Sellers will get frustrated and require you to pay them some type of compensation/per diem for each day the transaction is delayed until closing/recording . If you are a Seller, move on to the next offer if Hawaii Best
