Services
For 80 years, The Walthew Law Firm has helped Western Washington residents injured on the job or through the negligence of others. Our attorneys have the experience to get compensation for our clients as quickly as possible. When lives change or careers end, we are there to help. A sudden car or work-related accident has affected or ended many of our clients' ability to work.
Far too much is at stake to select a lesser-experienced lawyer to handle your personal injury, Social Security Disability or workers' compensation claim. You want an advocate who will maximize your compensation in a timely and effective manner. That is the approach we take at our Seattle-based law firm.
Jon Winemiller has been a partner at The Walthew firm since 2007. He has been a strong advocate for his clients in the areas of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury, since joining the firm in 1998, the same year Jon received his J.D. from Seattle University. In 2005, Washington Law Magazine's extremely competitive Rising Stars program recognized Jon as one of the state's brightest young lawyers in the field of workers' compensation.
Matthew joined The Walthew Law Firm in 2016. He started as a file clerk and quickly moved into a legal assistant role, later working as a legal clerk all while attending law school. His work experience at The Walthew Law Firm provides him with a comprehensive knowledge of both Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury.
Workers' compensation benefits are available for people injured while working, including people who drive as part of their job. When these injured workers suffer severe injuries in a work-related car accident, third-party compensation may be available through a personal injury claim against the third party that had a part in causing the accident whom now may be liable in addition to your entitled workers' comp benefits.
