Their quality is horrible. After 3 years my security door started rusting out. Their paint job on their premier steel doors is of very low quality. Certainly not worth the $400+ paid for this door. My door was even covered by a 4'+ overhang of the roof so not even in direct contact with the elements. Avoid their products.

Like many others that have commented here, i purchased a replacement screen door and the roller assembly was not deep enough for the track on my door. So the poorly designed EZ metal adjustments top and bottom both rubbed on the vinyl edges causing it to stick when trying to open or close. Company website has no contact info, (gee wonder why). I returned it to Home Depot.

I messed up a crucial part of a Unique Home Designs door purchased at Home Depot. I was in "trouble" with my wife and desperate. I called UHD and Jonathon answered, walked me through what I needed to replace and said I would have the part within a week. He shipped the part from Gilbert to Tucson and I received it 3 business days later. You truly understand customer service. Many thanks!!!

Bought The Arcada and the Meridian Security doors from Home Depot. Brought them home and installed them both. Was forced to move the Arcada and when I tried to, the one way bolts that secure them to the house we're too hard to get out so I had to cut off the strike side jam that came with the door. Posted a question on home depot website asking if anyone knew how to get another door jam. The actual company answered the question saying that they did not offer parts for the doors but that they might be able to salvage a door jam from a return. No guarantees. A had a problem with a product failure - which happens, I don't necessarily consider that a count against them. I called and spoke with Jackie about an issue I was having with the multi point lock on our screen door. She informed me that she would have a new lock system shipped on the next outbound day. I received the next day. I installed and had a couple of questions. Jackie gave me Jeff's phone number. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Walked me through it over the phone. I highly recommend this multi point screen door and this company. Service is second to none. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!

Very disappointed in the quality of the screws supplied with the metal screen door. The door is suppose to be an EZ Adjust system, however, the EZ Adjust screws that are attached to the hinge channel are so cheap they strip out. This means you cannot adjust the door to size rendering the the entire door useless.
After finding their website we find they do not offer replacement parts. We needed a new Hinge channel equipped with the Hinge screws. Not sure if Home Depot will accept the return of this door because we already made the cuts required for installation.

Horrible products!! We purchased one of their hinges screen doors from our local Home Depot. Installed it on Saturday. On Sunday it was sagging so badly there’s a 5 inch gap on one top corner. It was installed per the instructions they provide on their website. It’s now sagging at the seam that is glued.. just sad. Poor quality, absolutely poor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Not worth it for $100! I’m wondering if it’s truly made here!!

Ordered an exterior door and storm door at Home Depot waited for a reasonable time, received items from HD only to find out my white storm door packed with my name and order information was now a brown door with a different motif. Not sure why an inspector had problems with telling the difference between white and brown but the worst part is another issue. So I return the brown door to HD who have been helpful as can be, I find out my door is in Washington state and I live in California. Management here sucks there not organized at all they just know how to cover everything to make it look good but it's not quality sucks they let a lot of lasers and perfs leave the facility burnt and the steel doors the paint will clip were there not baked right that company has a lot of manufacturing problems you will get orders late not on time due to the poor planning and can't get the correct material to complete an order for the customer.
