Services
We understand that the thought of surgery can be a very stressful time for you. We do all we can to lessen your anxiety before, during and after surgery. Please feel free to ask us all the questions you can think of before a surgical procedure is performed. Veterinarians are in a unique position in that we must talk to you, the pet owner, but we operate on animals that cannot speak to us.
If your cat or dog shows any of the following signs, please call us immediately. Remember it is often better to have a problem evaluated early on than to have waited too long. This list is not exhaustive - so if your pet is exhibiting anything that you know is not normal for your pet please call. Sooner is better than too late!
At CVC we understand that advanced diagnostics means better health. Our diagnostic capabilities are numerous and change as we expand our veterinary abilities and technology. Currently, laboratory capabilities include in-house blood, urine and fecal testing as well as reference lab access for just about any test needed on any imaginable sample.
Here at Community Veterinary Center we are happy to offer boarding services to our clients. The kennel staff will do their best to make your pet feel at home and the medical staff is available to assist with any special needs your pet may have. These requirements are in place to protect the health and well being of all of our boarders.

I just want to take a minuet and thank the staff at community vet. On Wednesday, I came home from work to find my dog Frankie, foaming at the mouth, he wouldn’t pant and his breathing was labored. I called my regular vet and they were gone for the day. I check community vets hours and saw that they were still open. I called them and they told me to… come right in. In my relief on my 20 minuet drive there, Frankie seemed to miraculously feel better and began panting! The staff took us in, calmed everyone down and checked out Frank. Thankfully he was fine, just got into something he

We cannot say enough good about the care we received from Community Vet Center. From our initial consult with Dr. Leahy to picking up our dog Oliver from TTA surgery. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. We can never thank them enough for all that they provided for us. I highly recommended this office. Thank you to each and every one of you. Oliver is now on the road to recovery 😊❤️🐾
