In thinking about long-term care it is important to consider where you will live as you age and how your place of residence can best support your needs should you become unable to fully care for yourself. We offer a variety of services which help meet the needs of people with a chronic illness or disability who cannot care for themselves for long periods of time.
We know that you, as a caregiver, are dedicated selflessly to your loved ones need for constant care. We know this is a 24 -7 responsibility that requires care, patience, and commitment. We also know that even caregivers are sometimes faced with circumstances that will require you to find a place for them, albeit temporarily.
Rather than focusing on curative measures, the goals of hospice are directed towards the patient's comfort, alleviation of pain and other symptoms. We contract with a local hospice agency.
