You may have heard the term "Bundle and Save" when it comes to your insurance. That means that you'll receive a discount when you place your home and vehicle Insurance (and even Life Insurance) with the same company, and that is true, but at Heimer Insurance you can receive discounts simply because you are insured with our agency.

Answer: Your Homeowner Insurance does not cover "rising water" from the outside, it may cover water pipe breaks, but flooding is a different thing. If you live in a Flood Zone, your mortgage company will typically require you to have Flood Insurance, but if you are not in a flood zone we recommend flood insurance as a precaution, and it is very inexpensive.

Deceitful company. Called pretending to be my insurance company asked a few questions and then hung up. I recieved an application from them today and pay $40 fee to change insurance to them. I went and looked at my home owners insurance the construction company paid for this year and it's not Heimers. The fact you represent yourselves as someone's home owners insurance when you aren't is despicable and I'll be filing a complaint with the Texas insurance board.

Heimer insurance company, has very unprofessional service , please don't get their service. We received a letter saying Georgia not cover by helmet anymore so had to find more insurance coverage and were cancelled by heimer, they bill us and withdrawal money out of my account without my permission

I called to cancel my policy and told them I went with another Company and already informed my mortgage company of the change and sent the mortgage company all the new information. They wanted to know who my new company was and all their information. When I asked why it was any of their business they could not answer and of course just used policy. They also wanted my divorce papers which is totally non of their business. They were very rude and highly condescending when questions were asked. Would not recommend them and prices were higher than with new Company.
