During the recent heat wave, i accidentally left an unopened beer in my car and it subsequently exploded. It was a fruited beer so I was left with 100's of sticky mango splotches all over my interior. It also smelled horrible...like a brewery gone bad.

Used David from the time I set foot in Vegas 16 years ago and refuse to use anyone else. Always early. The work is done to your satisfaction. He's also staying up on new techniques as well as technology to provide a a better finished product. I had my fathers car detailed to remove all the hard water spots. Thomas came to our office and did an amazing job. The car is brand new again! I already scheduled another detail for my vehicle!!! They are the best in town hands down. I will never use another company as long as Monarch is in business. A+ service.

Mobile detail service scratched my car ‘beyond repair.’ It was the equivalent to as if my car was ‘keyed.’
I had someone else look at my car to confirm the damage. The best they could do was buff it out so the white scratches weren’t visible; however, they can still be seen closeup because they were that deep. At least they smoothed them out so they aren’t rough to the touch anymore.
When I said the company offered to fix it, their advice was not to allow this company to touch my car again. They said it couldn’t be fixed unless I wanted to have that part of my car sanded down and

Drove to Phx last Wednesday, on the way back home on Sunday I spilled an entire French vanilla latte all over my console area. Coffee f'ing everywhere... once it dried, sugary crusty coffee *everywhere*!!! This morning, I walked outside and saw this guy washing my neighbor's car. After failing yesterday to find a decent car wash in town, I thought I would ask him about his prices. I was very surprised to find that a mobile car wash service had similar prices to most car washes. The service was excellent and I felt good driving my truck around town. And I didn't have to sit around a carwash waiting for an hour. I was able to utilize that time taking care of my own business.
