Emma that works here is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. They'll interview you and give you a bs lie of how they have nothing available. Few weeks later you'll get a call and and being told you'll be set up for an interview with a company that allegedly is hiring. More lies. Then you'll hear nothing about an interview date and when you try to call Emma she is "on the phone" everytime. The staff answering the phone are trained robots but what they don't realize is most of us are not dumb, the same lie everytime of "she's one

I had two recruiters assist with mock interviews for a class that I teach on working in the logistics sector. The Raine staff were incredibly helpful, filling out forms that gave tips and areas to work on. Their feedback was very helpful and I will encourage the students to reach out to Raine as they begin their job search process.

They never return calls or emails. When I went there for a sit down interview Emma said she has a job that’s right for me and she’ll reach out to the employer and wanted me to call her on Monday. Reached out serval times but no call back... you would think that most of the 1 star views are about Emma for the same thing they would retrain her..

Honestly one of the best recruiting agencies I've used for my small business. I had a bit of staffing emergency at my business in 2017 and Rain Recruiting could not have been more helpful. It was a great experience top to bottom; from the staff (Emma) being knowledgeable and driven, to the courteous and professional atmosphere of the company in general. Hell I've even sent some family there for placement in other areas since then and I've gotten nothing but 'Thanks for the tip Lonnie!' from them since.
Bottom line, if employee or employment options look a little dry, think Rain Recruiting.

If I could give this company -0. I would. I will never do know type of business. You get sick and you work through the day. Yes I am gonna take care of myself first. This place is a joke. 9/7/2017, I recieve a phone call from Emma saying the contract ended. Really girl bye with that lie. I been a Staffing Manager before tell the lies to somebody else. I met with Emma. I thought she was nice and professional. She put me on an assignment fast. I was liking it at the job, I had only been there three days two days of actually training on a complex computer system but none the less I was there trying to learn. I get a call on that Saturday from Emma saying the company didn't want me to return because they didn't feel I was learning fast enough. I didn't understand that at all because they have a temp there that sat with the person for two weeks and still has questions just like everyone in that department. After accepting an interview with them, and after having said interview, they stopped communicating with me. No call to say that the position I interviewed for had been given to someone else, no email, nothing. A few weeks later, I emailed them to ask what was going on, because I had noticed that the position I applied for through them had been re-posted on a local job boards site by them. I managed to get a response, so I replied to said response. Nothing has happened since.
It's been 2 months since the initial contact when I sent
