They always tell you they're gonna call back but they never will bad customer service I'm not gonna be calling them no more that's for sure And I don't recognize nobody else either if they don't give you the response on the spot don't expect them to call you back cause they won't

Very poor professionalism from the desk. If you don’t want to work there, please ask another coworker for help. Also here is the worst part. I asked them for a copy of my insurance and they keep blocking my call. This is a business, please abide by the law and pick up your phone during business hours, thank you!

I am a client with Silver Shield for almost 9 years now and they have never disappointed me in an hour of need ! My family and several friends are clients to Mr.Yasir after my recommendation !
