Not satisfied with work. Just purchased a new home and needed warranty work done on my tile back-splash. During my warranty process of attempting to get my tile work done correctly, COVENTRY HOME BUILDERS DISCONTINUED USING INTERIOR EDGE DESIGN TO DO THEIR TILE WORK ON THE NEW HOMES BEING BUILT. Does this say something about the companies work? Misty and Gilbert both inspected my kitchen back-splash. I was told by the project manager that Misty did not want to fix anything after inspecting the tile work. Gilbert then came out to inspect and asked me “What do you want us to do” when I pointed

I highly discourage anyone from ever doing business with this company. They had to redo our master shower 4 times and we were still left with uneven grout lines, 3 different colors of grout, holes large enough to fit your hand behind the tile at the top of the shower, there are holes in the grout anywhere from pinhole size to 1/2 inch, cracked tiles and overall sloppy work. We submitted a warranty claim and the owner Misty stated she would come to our house and look at the work. From the moment she entered our home, she was rude, condescending and had an excuse for everything. My husband ended
