We have been working with C3 on our two new SHARP Printers for a little over a year and since Charlie Dederich took over our account, nothing has been short of amazing!
As far as maintenance goes, every machine will need help from time to time and Dennis always makes us a priority to come and assist with any maintenance errors. He is extremely knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to explain why certain errors are happening so we can avoid them in the future.

I have dealt with C3 for over 10 years and they have always been knowledgeable, Professional, Organized, Fast Reliable Service and everyone is very nice. They installed a new copier today (11/01/2021) and worked with My IT Company. It was very smooth and my IT Company said they would love to work with a company like C3 all the time.

We have had a long standing relationship with C3. We recently ran into a driver issue. They diagnosed the problem and gave us a solution that worked well for our company. Note to C3 Tech: When you have a loyal PAYING customer that you have had for years and you want to keep them, go the "extra mile" sometimes to keep that customer happy and renewing their contracts.
Guess what. We are leaving you! You did not even once do that for us in the 5+ years we've been loyal to you.
I'll not be a broken record and tell you about the 5+ years of bad customer service we endured like everyone else that are writing honest reviews.

Absolute clowns! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! No one in the office has any clue what is going on. They seemingly do not talk to one another and take FOREVER to respond to complaints, emails, and phone calls. NOT WORTH IT! They are Overpriced, Sell an Inferior Product, and are not at all worth the hassle of dealing with them. I DO NOT WANT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE! Just go somewhere else and take my warning- not worth the trouble.

I have to say my decision to partner with C3 has been one of the worst business decisions I have made in my 35 years in business. Our business is heavily reliant on quality printing and scanning for our presentations. The quality is terrible - the copier completely unreliable. We literally have to completely shut down and restart the printer several times a day. EVERYDAY... Two days later you come in and it has printed all the documents that wouldn't print and didn't show in the pending jobs. The expense is crazy... as we have a monthly lease that they are unwilling to let us

Let me make this short and sweet as I do not like to throw negative stuff out in the world. On the other hand I hate to see other offices go through what we have been through. So this is for those of you doing your research. We leased a Sharp machine from this company over two years ago. We have had non-stop issues from the beginning and have clearly and regularly communicated our dissatisfaction. We also asked that this be communicated back to their office requesting a solution....specifically a machine replacement. That could be a replacement of the same machine or a different model. We were

We just went with this company about 5 months ago, purchased a new Sharp copier and they are supplying all our toner and support for this amazing system. Techs have been very helpful with all our computers and spent many hours training and installing the new systems. I would recommend this company highly, we were with another company here in OC and left them after 15 years of service...C3 is on their "A" game...wish we had found them sooner.

We get calls from this company and would like to never do business w them again they have poor customer service skills and try to sell u office equipment that either u dont need or will harass u into having them lease ur equipment and they contradic everything that was agreed to in the contract!!!!!!!!
