If I could give zero stars I would. My mother, a dedicated healthcare worker, was delivered a completely unbloomed, pathetic arrangement after I paid a large amount of money to order it for her.
Who thinks to order a large bouquet of flowers only to have nothing to look at other than a bunch of stems? No one would want or expect that regardless of type of flower it is. Common sense.

A free floral was given to me which I thought was nice.
I waited in line like everyone else.
I gave her the card,she told me it was free rose,then walked off and took care of another customer?
She returned and then took care of the next customer.
No word was spoken.
I had to remind her and another girl got me my rose.
She gave me a dirty look because I made a comment.
I will get my flowers somewhere else.

I had to get an arrangement for an office worker who went above and beyond. I called the store and told them my price range and a vague idea of what I wanted. I picked up the arrangement and it was absolutely gorgeous. If you get the chance to go in the store they have such a great selection of gift ideas. The staff is really nice and It was a great experience!!
