When I hired this firm in the spring they had almost 5 stars. I still am represented by them and Emily & Rebecca are more than I could ever ask for! Regardless of the outcome of my case I have nothing bad to say about them or anyone in the office. I see their rating is going down because the same guy keeps leaving one star so I just wanted to leave an HONEST review!

Buyer beware. You get what you pay for. I was poorly represented by an unorganized attorney who failed to advocate for me as their client. Despite what I was told at the initial consultation by their “screener”, my attorney was not versed in the unique matters involving my case, which led to a lot of failures in representation. ”When requesting that my attorney speak to experts in the field to gain better knowledge on my case I was told “if I continued to seek advice outside of the firm from any experts I would be dropped as a client”.

Emily and her team are a God send. Unlike many other attorneys, she offers her services at a reasonable price. The ironic part is that she is the best attorney I have ever had, by a long shot. 6k during covid to end up with supervised cause they know more then I do. Drop over a payment. Instead of calling clearly a money hungry firm and didn't anything I asked.
Thanks for dropping me tho even tho I kept your staff paid during covid so no courts were running. I'll hire a lawyer that has children and will do what I ask.

I contacted Cooper Law when it became clear that I had to make a difficult decision for my family. Nobody likes to go to court and fight for custody. Working with Emily was a disaster. She did not spend the proper amount of time reviewing my case, she missed important deadlines and when I tried to call her to follow up or remind her of the deadlines she was off on vacation (this happened 3 times). I was told once that she was out sick but then saw on her Facebook that is was actually on vacation.
In the end I got screwed as she was not prepared for a court case and I had to settle with my ex, agreeing to his terms.
