Additionally we've provided cinematography and editing services to other features. Following is a sampling of projects.
A motley community of musicians with a do-it-yourself ethos and an aversion to mainstream culture develop their idiosyncratic sounds in the isolation of San Diego, but soon find themselves at the center of bidding wars and expense account lunches. What happens when the outcasts become the next big thing?
In this tragicomic tale we follow San Diego based garage rockers Octagrape (ex Trumans Water, Fluf & Soul Junk) as they hit the road, encountering friends, fans, fellow travelers, disinterested witnesses, hard floors, strange times, open landscapes, Tim Hortons, bad directions and a persistent question: Why are we doing this?
Thirst is a two-channel installation film; a semi-documentary reimagining of the settlement of the American West and conquest of the desert, using juxtaposed archival footage, silent film, contemporary images and retro-futuristic music to project a palimpsest of our colonization of the wild. A copy of the film is preserved in a time capsule buried at a secret location in Imperial, California.

Went to the London Bierfest, 18th October. Wasn't too impressed with the security team and their queue management (or rather their lack of). Inside though the building was easy to get around, not over crowded like many other places. Toilets seemed under provisioned - there was a queue at the gents every time I went. I was also not sold on the PA rig, as it seemed to be of below average quality, with distortion and clipping on places. May have been the event crew there, rather than the venue though.
