Baldwin Brothers bought out our townhouse complex a year ago and it is no longer taken care of. Neighbors had dying trees in front of house. In summer months overgrown weeds, grass etc. Don’t remove snow, take care of ice.
All they care about is $$$$$.
Have had to report them to the township multiple times for neglecting their properties.

We recently hired Baldwin Bros. to broker our commercial real estate in Meadville, PA. All of our expectations were met with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. When moving out make sure don’t expect ur security deposit back bec they ll find almost everything wrong in ur townhouse so they can keep ur deposit .

You will NOT get your security deposit back. You will most likely owe them even more money, no matter what you do. We had the carpet professionally cleaned after furniture was moved out and were still charged an exorbitant amount for carpet cleaning. In their report, they included photos as evidence for their charges—photos that absolutely did not justify their grievances. We were grossly overcharged for every light bulb that wasn’t reinstalled throughout the house, including sockets in the attic and basement that didn’t even work. Vineyard Village is Not a nice place to live any more unless you are a asian indian. The entire neighborhood has turned into little india.it would be fine but somehow even though we are peaceful and mind to ourselves they make us feel so uncomfortable and they are rude people that we are definitely not renewing our lease after six years

I lived in Vineyard Village for 1 year. Management does nothing as far as maintenance of the apartment is concerned. Within one month of moving in, the garbage disposal had a problem and a kitchen drawer fell apart. I called to inquire about getting it fixed and was informed the garbage disposal is MY problem and they will charge for any repairs. They were so kind as to instruct me on where the wrench was under the sink and how to sharpen the blades with ice. It is unbelievable how vineyard village has went downhill in the 5 years i have lived here. If you want a place where managment does nothing and you don't want privacy and enjoy very little children screaming and crying and running amuck come here. I have asked to have front door replaced 3 times on the phone and once in person. I was told property manager would check it out. She has never been here and now when we call our number has been blocked and goes straight to voicemail. Rent is raised every year and my townhouse is one of the original yet i pay what residents pay for remodeled units

Horrific rental experience. Extremely rude customer service that barely listens when speaking to them. It took three phone calls to fix paperwork. The contractors they use to repair the building and appliances were adequate, but getting the letting company to write up work orders was dreadful. Leaving as soon as the lease is up and will write another review to describe the process.
