Job scope must take a crew about a day as a minimum or $1000 if no materials bought.

Services
Payment will be due upon completion of the described and agreed upon work and payment schedule. Jobs will require down payment from 10-30%. Payment may be cash, check, or card. Payments by card are subject to an extra 4% fee on the amount charged.
If you wish to pay by check it must be for less than $5000, if not we will only accept certified checks or money orders or cash payable to Behm Landscaping LLC, you agree to be held responsible for any fees associated with your check bouncing or being declined and an additional $75 inconvenience fee for our time lost.

Typically we are running on average two weeks out from the time you accept a bid until we can start a larger job. Even very significant residential jobs typically do not take more then a week to finish with the average larger job running about two days. Behm landscaping LLC did a phenomenal job. The owner Jacob went out of his way to give my family the backyard that we have been waiting for. We have always wanted a turf yard that is low maintenance. We got exactly what we wanted and more. A turf backyard with cobblestones on the side and raise planter boxes.
Jacob and his crew showed up every day and got the job done within the time that was promised. I will definitely be hiring Behm landscaping to complete my front yard also.

Jacob was contracted to do my Fence, backyard and rear sprinkler system
Fence is still not right after multiple times out. He's had to replace 25% of the pickets because his crew couldn't space them correctly or use a level to get them even close to straight. The last time out, my fence was 4 inches shorter than my new neighbors as Jacob's crew made my fence too short for the HOA mandate of 5 feet.
Lawn is 20% dead thanks to not tilling the soil. Uneven spots and holes all over.
He stretched my existing sprinkler lines to accommodate s in the backyard. Did not use enough rock to cover weed barrier

Hired Jacob to complete a retaining wall, dry rivers bed for drainage and to bury downspouts to drain into the dry creek bed. The work he did was great. He actually even went above and beyond by moving rocks on the side of the house where they had rolled down the grade. After the project was completed the yard looked great and was cleaned up making it look like the landscape had always been there. Would use him again for future projects.

I have been using Jacob's services since I moved into my neighborhood about 2 years ago. Jacob is a consummate professional, He shows up when he says he will, his work is high quality, and on several occasions he has helped on short notice when I have been out of town and had issues. On top of all that his rates are very reasonable and he is a great person to deal with. I couldn't recommend his services more highly.
