I recently had my roof, gutters and window wraps replaced by KCRS. Very good crews. Especially the roofing crew. They cleaned up very well, protected my AC unit and other areas I informed Nate I was concerned about. Nate was outstanding to work with. Very professional salesman. He even assisted us with non-related roof replacements to complete our claim due to hail damage.

They made it sound really good until State Farm didn't approve a complete roof. They just kept stringing me along after that. I finally after 4 months asked for a start date or just tell me to move on. They chose to not give me a start date, so they wasted 4 months that I could have had the job completed. No idea if they do good work or not but I wouldn't trust them with this lack of ethics.

The overall experience started off well, then ended up pretty bad. The staff person from NorthStar Group was very helpful with walking us through the process of getting the claim started and he got the ball rolling on getting our roof repaired. However, the crew they used to repair our roof didn’t do a good job of protecting our yard and our garden. There was debris everywhere, and yes, I know it’s a construction site. However, they didn’t use enough tarps, they allowed old roofing materials to fall into the garden—which they were asked to avoid and they said they would—which resulted
