I've been going in here for as long as I can remember. I love the shakes... but I do not enjoy the condescending, pompous, know it all Dan. His knowledge is great, personality is stale. And thanks to all the people saying how great he is, even though you know he isn't, you've created a know it all monster who's quick to get impatient.

I've known Dan for YEARS. I get many of my herbs and supplements and essential oils from him because he knows what he's talking about unlike "stockers" at Whole Foods across the street who know ZERO about the products on those shelves. With 'Vitamin House' in the title, one might think that I am coming here to purchase vitamins or supplements.
Not at all.
Dan's has been a landmark for delicious smoothies since I was in grade school. And, I'm pretty sure the decor has not changed since either. Happy hour at that time happened around 3:30 p.m. and included a discount on my favorite smoothie: chocolate banana.
Now, when I say smoothie I don't think I mean smoothie in the sense of Smoothie King or anything remotely healthy. I'm pretty sure when I order the chocolate banana that it is also filled in with some vanilla ice cream
