Dr. Frazee was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. Through the course of his career he has realized many times that he pursued the best career choice as it combines two of his favorite things; talking to people and working with his hands! Dr. Frazee is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, Indianapolis District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and American Implant Association.
Our dental team looks forward to meeting you at your first visit. If you are joining us for a routine visit, our dental hygienist will perform a teeth cleaning. Following your cleaning, Dr. Frazee will complete a full comprehensive exam, including oral cancer screening, hard and soft tissue examination and full periodontal evaluation.
We want to help you receive the dental care you deserve. Your smile is as important to us as it is to you. We will work with you to place the care you need within your budget. We have third-party financing options available so you can get the aid you need, when you need it. If you need assistance or have questions about your insurance policies or claims, our staff is knowledgeable and always available to help you.

Always had dental anxiety from a bad experience when I was younger and unfortunately didn’t realize the impact of staying away from regular dental visits until problems slowly festered then quickly arose. Started with Frazee last winter and today I actually had implant surgery. They have made me feel comfortable and confident in their services, are friendly and genuine and Dr. Frazee has really helped make this process easier for someone who thought dentists should only exist in nightmares. 🤣 Great office, great people, great teeth. Looking forward to continuing my implant and other dental

This practice is the most professional, service-oriented dental practice...completely compassionate to their patients. The entire office consistently operates like a "well-choreographed" event. Dr. Frazee and Dr. Cummings are highly proficient yet accessible to the needs of their patient and their communication. The equipment and services are state of the art...they make it actually a pleasure to go to the dentist. In the 5+ years my family have been patients, none of us has ever had a negative experience. The entire staff is incredible--just lovely people and solid professionals.

Dr. Frazee has implanted both sets of my fixed dentures. I love him and his whole team. They have always made me feel comfortable when I have been nervous about these procedures. I recommend them to everyone I know. I live in New Pal and drive all the way to their location because of him and his team that is how important they are to me!

After years of looking for a good dentist, I finally found one! Dr. Cummings has taken great care of me and I am so pleased. Lisa is the best dental hygienist I have ever had work on me. She is so gentle and very kind. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, and was happy with the outcome! I will never go anywhere else again! So glad I found an honest dentist!

Frazee Family Dentistry is AWESOME! They take great care of my kids every single time we come in for an appointment. Dr Frazee and the entire staff are always so sweet and gentle with my kids and us as adults also🤪. Julie at the front desk always greets us with a smile and welcoming hello! Had my new patient cleaning today at Frazee Family Dentistry. The new building is very nice and well laid out for use. Each room has plenty of space so you don't feel cramped while having any procedure done. They even have TVs on the ceiling to keep you distracted if you need them during a procedure. My dental hygienist was amazing today as well. She was pleasant to talk with and talked me through everything she was going to do. X-rays were done being my first visit and it has been so long since going to the dentist. She was caring and making sure I was comfortable during The X-rays and the cleaning

Visited their new office just this morning and had yet another great experience! Got some cosmetic work done on a couple front teeth and they matched my color perfectly and did an awesome job! I can't stop smiling! I'm so happy and even enjoy chatting with the girls up front when checking in and out! 😀 I love the whole staff! Awesome doctors! Awesome assistants! Awesome staff!
