Terrible. Stuck in Barr Harbor KOA with a travel trailer that I couldn't move. Leonard's Heavy Rescue Towing told me two days in a row that they would be at the campsite to help my to get my camper back on the road. Both days they were a no show and did not call to let me know that they wouldn't be there. Both days I sat at the campsite waiting for them and wasted almost two entire days. Definitely would not recommend them for RV repair.

Not very customer friendly. Does not hold to their word. Very argumentative when it comes to upset customers because I expected them to do what they said. Waited for 12 hours to have something hauled . With no avail to just be told last call they would not haul it cause it was not registered. Which could have bee. Taken care of on first phone call! Would not recommend to anyone

Broke down with my class a motorhome. Called them at midnight and was almost 2 hours from their shop. Some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with for towing. To be honest they told me how much it was after and I thought it was the amount per hour. It was the total amount! These guys are awesome and I hope I never need them again but of i do i wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks again!!

This company is great. I was stranded during a snow storm. No other company would even pick up the phone but I got person on the first try and was home within a half an hour. Very polite and courteous. They also went above and beyond to protect my vehicle. I can not say enough. Highly recommend them!

Great troubleshooting of an electrical issue on our international 4200 RV. Lots of places don't want to look at an electrical problem, never mind an RV, but these guys quickly found the failed wire supplying the necessary ECM input, and off we went. Let us camp in their driveway overnight. Even had the u-joint strap kit in stock to replace the one the tow driver (different company...) took off and did not return. Great service, fair billing. Would trust them with my trucks anytime.

I broke down yesterday on 95 South in Maine without notice and found myself in a potentially vulnerable situation. This was a first for me in my 40 foot diesel motorhome. Leonard Heavy Duty Towing was sent out to tow me via my Good Sam Club membership.
They arrived promptly with both a tow vehicle and a second truck to follow in order to ensure a safe arrival at our destination. I was surprised at how complex the hookup process was.
