Michelle is my insurance agent, but she's more than that, she has also taken on the role of "life coach" and I very much appreciate all of her help getting my 32-going-on-13 self to start "adulting" better. Today we lowered my premiums and added on a whole extra renters policy while still keeping the amount I pay $5 lower than it was. Michelle is an insurance wizard and everyone is better off with her watching over you in her insurance crystal ball.
