I am so happy with the service and the living arrangement Flowers by Roger delivered to my family today in Middletown, OH. I called only two hours ago from California, spoke to Mary in the shop, who by the way couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Like I said, I called only two hours ago and they delivered the most beautiful living arrangement to my sister immediately.
I highly recommend using their services. What a professional and friendly florist! Lovely all the way around.

We have multiple wonderful experiences with Roger's, but most recently Roger made the most beautiful arrangement for my mother's funeral. He listened carefully and asked thoughtful questions about her personality and captured it in the gorgeous arrangement that was on her casket. We had so many compliments since they reflected her personality and taste so well. Sometimes for special occasions flowers can be an investment, and if you want a custom job I highly recommend Rogers so that you can be sure that investment is worth it.

Pictures tell you all you need to know. Left is what I ordered. Right is what I got. When I complained to 1800Flowers, Flowers By Roger explained that they had adequately fulfilled the order. They claimed that there were a few changes due to inventory, but the product was equivalent. I'll let you be the judge.

Terrible experience with them because of 1800flowers. My boyfriend sent me a birthday cake bouquet, the one on 1800 flowers site was pretty, but what flowers by rogers sent me looked like a funeral grey purple. I was very upset called 1800 flowers to fix the issue and they are so rude, kept trying to force more flowers on me that I didn't want and then mentioned rudely she needed the cardholder to do the refund the first time I called, then my boyfriend the cardholder called and same woman tried to get him to take more flowers I mentioned I didn't want anymore ugly flowers and she said

Worst company ever. I ordered flowers for my sister on Valentine's Day and they never delivered the flowers to her work.They left her a message on voice mail, that maybe they could deliver to her house. What a waste of time... never ever use this company.... you will not be happy, just disappointed!!!

I needed to order some last minute flowers for a funeral. I called Flowers by Roger and they took care of all my needs, and got the flowers to the service before it started. I didn't give them much time to get it done. Mary was kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
