Kris is the worst business man/ realtor I have come across
Asked me to pay more rent then mentioned on their website
Told me house has all the appliances when it doesn’t.
I was told to get electricity , water and gas set up by yourself
I highly urge you all to please beware of this company’s postings online. Don’t believe in every word mentioned there because in reality it’s totally different. Like I was asked to pay way more rent than listed on website.
In totality, PLEASE DON’T RENT FROM THEM, PLEASE DON’T

Very horrible how the owner/operator Kris Dizmang deals with and treats his tenants. He puts on a real show outside of his business trying to make people believe he is such a good man. But his actions are just the opposite when it comes to his tenants.. He has shown to have a childish temper when dealing with his tenants. Appears to have the education of an 8th grader only. Please do not rent any property from this man or his business.
