An office relocation can be a complicated process with many unfamiliar tasks to those charged with the responsibility to coordinate a facility relocation. However, when adequately planned, an office move can be done with a minimum of interruptions to a business. Office relocation is not as simple as "plan today and move tomorrow."

I first worked with Carmen Commercial in about 2000 on behalf of a high-tech software company. Because Carmen Commercial focuses on just representing tenants, it has good insights into current market conditions , rental rates, available office space and how to negotiate with landlords. I appreciate being able to hand off responsibility for lease negotiations to a company that knows what it is doing and has my interests at heart. That way I can focus on running my business.

After meeting with a few local commercial brokers who clearly did not have my interests in mind, I was very discouraged in my search for commercial office space.
