It takes more to design a home than simply deciding where to place the walls, doors, and windows. A home design must incorporate the wants, needs, and special considerations of those who will dwell within it. By designing with people in mind, we create homes that are both architecturally beautiful, while also being true reflections of their owners.
Margo and I are thoroughly pleased with our new home and are so enjoying it that I have taken time to write you to describe my experience with Unger Corporation, your sub-contractors, and you during a nearly two year construction period.
Our home is located in the northwestern foothills of Santa Fe and construction on the site was difficult because of the steep slope, terrain and escarpment regulations, "green code" regulations, severely restrictive property covenants, a demanding HOA, and unexpected geological and infrastructure problems.Many other obstacles had to be overcome including supplier and materials limitations.

I've thoroughly enjoyed working with you.your patience, advice & moral support have been a delight and you never seem to lose your patience which is very much appreciated. Kim, thanks for being so willing to help us tie up all of the loose ends around the house, apparently the buyers thought everything was great & we sure owe you for that.

This builder/architect was very knowledgeable. The remodeling that he did for us recently was fabulous. Easy to work with. His crew was polite, clean, helpful. Will certainly use Kim Unger again on any future build/remodel project that I need.!

We hired Kim Unger to help us with our large remodeling project. We had many challenges with the building as well as the permitting process. We found Kim to knowledgeable and helped up navigate through some difficult situations. I would trust the Unger Corporation with any building needs, from new build to remodels! We love our finished project!
