They really make you jump through hoops to rent with them...requiring more than the first month's rent in a deposit, first months rent, 500 pet deposit, and you have to get insurance with them as the beneficiary, plus your own renters insurance if you want your property covered......and the property isn't even that luxurious. In fact it provides zero amenities and on street parking and isn't even in a nice neighborhood. Thank goodness we shopped around and found another place near UOfL... also Broadway is worse so don't go there either. Your best bet is dealing directly with a homeowner not these

My wife and I are first time home buyers and Jennifer was recommended to us. Jennifer was extremely helpful, honest and open the entire time.
