Their website advertises their availability to do fencing projects in El Paso and southern New Mexico, but when I called them 5 minutes ago to discuss a $10,000+ residential fencing project here in Alamogordo, they had absolutely no interest in it because it was "too far", "we don't work with custom powder-coated aluminum", and "we are too busy to come look at it." I mean, okay, but if you're in the fencing business and you specifically put yourself out there as a company that serves southern New Mexico, then you should at least be willing to talk about a $10k job.

Needed some fence posts to repair my fence. I took the time to compare prices Lowe's, Home Depot and others. Valley fence was the least expensive. I picked up my poles, paid and brought them home. While unloading them, I realized they were not going to work because they were to lightweight. The next workday was Monday, so I drove to Canutillo to buy thicker gauge poles. On Friday I was quoted $22 per pole for the thicker poles. When I paid the difference she charged me $24 per pole. I told her I was quoted $22. She said over the weekend they raised the prices. What a ripoff! I'm finished

If I could give less than a star I would! This company has the laziest, most inconsiderate, and extremely on educated staff! My husband spent 45 minutes of his time to go over the exact details of what he wants and we were willing to pay a lot of money to have our fence put up by this company, and they didn't even bother calling us back. When my husband called to let the owner know what class of staff they have, The lady on the phone was rude. Do not spend your money here!

They built a double gate for me. The gate looks nice but everything else was a failure. They have poor customer service. A voicemail was left on my phone while I was at work asking about the color I wanted the gate. They left a piece of metal on my front porch with two different colors on it. I called back the next day to tell them what I wanted and they said they had already painted it the other color since I didn't call back. They did end up repainting it the correct color. When they installed the gate support posts I told them the outer posts did not look straight and I was concerned. They assured

Very nice staff. I came in to buy a single chain link gate for a home improvement project. They treated me the same respect as the man ordering thousands of dollars of fencing in line ahead of me. Took the time to discuss different products. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Cheaper than homedepo or lowes and the foreman even picks out all the hardware I needed and included it at no additional charge. I will definitely return if I need chain link fencing.
