I agree that the customer service is not good at all, borderline non-existent BUT they do have hard to find tires in stock ready to go. Do your homework first before you commit to buying from here and you shouldn't have any problems.

I had purchased a full set of tires for my E-Type Jaguar about for years ago from Lucas. Yesterday I called and again spoke with their manager Russ to order two needed replacements. Amazingly they arrived the next day via FedEx so I called my local Discount Tire and that AM they schedule me for installation.

Starting from seventy five miles away in just twenty-two hours I was back in business and ready to enjoy a weekend's ocean drive on the 101. Could not be happier- thanks so much.

Very very bad customer service. The worse I've ever experienced anywhere. The guy didn't even try to see if he had anything to fit my car
Rim, for a 1950 chevy deluxe. Never going back there again. Now I need any recommendations for where else I can go to purchase a new set of tires for my car.

I ordered a full set of lester tires and tubes for my hot rod. Got them within a week. Only thing wrong was I was short 2 tubes of recieving everything. So I called them to see if they had sent another package for the remainder 2 tubes that were missing and they replied that it should have all been with the tires in the shipment. Well I was short two tubes and told them that it wasn't with the shipment. So with no questions asked they said that they would ship out the missing tubes that day!! Awesome!!! Recieved every thing a few days later and very pleased with Lucas tire.

Great service and a friendly staff. Remember due to Coronavirus they are not taking walk-ins, only WILL CALL. So order online then you pick up or have it shipped. They took care of me with some Antique Firestone tires even tho I walked in and I greatly appreciated it. I definitely coming back for my antique tires.

Bought a used tire here and they wanted cash because the cost was low, which was great. However they guy told me the warranty expired at the door. Well I went to get the tire mounted and it had a hole. So be wary of the used tires.

Why look elsewhere?? I tried and it was a dismal failure and all because of distance. Yes they work banker's hours but in the end they are worth traversing the 405 freeway from Culver City. Or if I change my mind today, having the tires shipped to my local tire shop. Since I always buy five tires, for each car (and I own several classics) this is the only place to consider. They are always friendly, professional and honest (unlike the woman at Motorspot in Fallbrook, CA.)
Today, especially, I felt like I'd hit the jackpot with acquiring five new American Classic whitewalls saving

Don't waste your time, rude sales people, don't return calls. They take a FU attitude with you over the phone. Called Coker tire and yes I had to wait a little lo get but at least the service was good. For the price you pay for specialty tires the service SHOULD be outstanding.
