We follow recommended practices for minimizing pain associated with injections and procedues. Children who are happy and not fearful about visiting the doctor's office will grow up to be better advocates for their own health and medical care.
We use our patient portal to streamline these and other patient services. For added convenience, we offer same day sick appointments, and well visits that can be scheduled after 5 pm or on Saturdays. Services
Medical Ear Piercing - $75 (includes after care kit)for established patients only ages 4 and up. Evening and Saturday well visits: We understand how hard it can be for some parents to take time off from work, so for your convenience we offer monthly Saturday morning appointments for well child checks, immunizations, and sports physicals.
Your baby is finally here. Newborns are wonderful, but exhausting! Having friends or family around to provide extra help and support can be very helpful. Make sure all visitors wash their hands well. Your baby's first visit to our office takes place during his or her first week of life, usually 1-2 days after you are discharged from the hospital.
We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting. If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.
Our physicians are available after-hours for emergent medical advice and telehealth visits as needed. We utilize Triage 4 Pediatrics, a pediatric nurse triage line that is staffed by highly qualified pediatric RN's. We pay for and provide this as a service to our patients in order to give them access to reliable advice after hours for urgent medical concerns.
If an emergency should arise, please call 911. Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc. In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions.

Manager is pleasant. That's about it. Did not have a great experience at this office. They make you feel absolutely stupid when asking questions that are concerning to you. If you're not the top 10 parent of the year, God help you. This is coming from a parent who use to work in a pediatric private practice for 11 years prior to my move here. It's different for each parent. You'll either love them or you won't.

Dr. Allen is a wonderful pediatrician! She is very personable. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my son receives all of the care that he needs. I also love the convenience of the patient portal. It makes it very easy to get my son whatever he may need. Her office is always very clean and welcoming. I’m always greeted with the very nice nurses and office staff in a timely manner. She is simply the best of the best!

The front desk associate was very rude when I called the first time to ask about medical ear piercings. She told me that they only perform ear piercings on children 4 years and up, when the website states that they perform this on 4 months and up. When I tried to call back she wouldn't answer the phone and once she picked up she had an attitude agian. If you hate you job or your life, work harder to get a better one, don't take it out on the rest of the world. GOD BLESS you anyway angry lady.

What a wonderful buisness! Dr Allen and her front end staff is amazing! They're always so helpful when I have simple questions or if we are in need of a last minute sick appointment. There is a newborn section totally separated from the big kids area, they offer ear piercings, and every appointment they provide you with information on the vaccines your child is recieving. Would recommend to any parent. So thankful for them!
