We took our blank wedding invitations there in fear that we would mess them up doing them ourselves, and they did an amazing job. We sent them an email about how we wanted them, left them the blank copies, and they were done fast. They were extremely helpful, and providing friendly customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

So... The tech that responded to our service request was very nice and realistic in his assessment that he may not be able to fix the printer. I understand that not every problem can be fixed. He said he would take the printer back and see if he could repair it. Then the sales pitch came out. It was VERY clear that they have a printer service to sell. It's about $1200 a year for a $5,000 printer. I get that they are willing to service the printer and provide toner at no extra cost. I just felt like I could find a printer for less. And I did! Staples got me a laserjet printer for 1/10th the cost
