If the servicing of your loan is transferred, you will be notified by A&D Mortgage LLC in writing, and you will receive welcome information from the new servicer.

I worked with JAY LAM ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE | WHOLESALE LENDING. According to Jay he is #2 in the authority company level. The client was approved by this lender. They took 2200 upfront from the borrower to process the loan. The loan was approved by the lender compliance department and the attorney they hired. Note they force the borrower to pay for that attorney upfront. No conditions on file. Contract was extended several times and finally the loan package was sent by lender attorney. Now the lender refuses to fund the loan. Seller of the property loss their deposit on the property they were purchasing

Just closed on my first home today due to this mortgage company A&D Mortgage they are wonderful. It was a rough process but A&D mortgage made sure I got to the finish line. I worked with Joshua Perez. My client came to me pre-approved by this lender. I do not recommend them. The communication was horrible. The lack of professionalism was almost unbearable. He did a lot of over promising and under-delivering. When he drops the ball he will not take accountability and he will point the finger at anyone besides himself. I’m completely embarrassed and I had to apologize to the sellers and sellers agent with the explanation that this is not the type of lender that I prefer my clients to work with. I’m not sure if this horrible experience was isolated but judging by

Poor communication and lack of professionalism from the HR department. I applied for a job almost two months ago. The first interview, they rescheduled it the morning of, but they told me why, which was completely fine by me. By next week, my interview was cancelled again, this time with no explanation. I reached out via email to see if this was done in error, and then I called at the time of the interview as I had not received a response.
