Erick founded Odyssey with his wife Missy in Sept. 2005, spinning off from Advance Med, LLC, bringing the Anesthesia division, employees and assets with him to Odyssey. Prior to that, Erick helped start Med Travelers, a division of Staff Care, INC, focusing on temporary staffing for imaging technologists and therapists.
