Everything was going great until the Hardie siding was getting installed. Communication was smooth, guys on time, respectful... then a avalanche of issues started. 1st issue was the Hardie board was far from level on the bottom and no cut straight on one side of the house( really wavy), after that nail heads were sticking on in alot of spots (anywhere from 1/16 of an in to 1/2 inch). I figured they would come back the next day and finish driving them in, instead the painter showed up and started caulking over them and was upset that I wanted them in all the way he tried telling it would damage

Due to COVID, No vacation and housebound, we decided to make some home improvements. We called PMI. The BEST call I made in 2020. We started with soffit repair with rotted wood. The job was done beautifully. The crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job. I cannot name the workers unfortunately. George did a fantastic job.
We then decided on improving our backyard with a patio. Once again, I didnt hesitate to call PMI. The crew that came out was really professional, courteous and did a BANG ON job. The patio is beautiful. Have had many positive comments about our patio. Needless to say with
