Its REALLY hard for you to get prices from them. They would rather have you already be there and it makes it really hard to know what prices are for the day. On top of that they usually get angry when you have to require that you need prices per pound (for example how much is type 2 copper a pound right now there) before you bring things over

Very rude individuals that work the front desk and run the scale. Everytime I go in there they seem to have a bad attitude and you can never ask a question without them getting mad. The employees are no better they seem to have an attitude as well I would assume it’s due to the fact that they work in a horrible environment as they always seem miserable

It was amazing adventure! I recycled things that I would have had to pay to dump. They gave me almost $250 instead of me paying the garbage company probably more than that. My second trip to twin City metals I didn't have that much but I threw it in the truck and took it down there anyway and I got 30 bucks 😎

Very rude dishonest individuals own and operate this establishment. After years of dedicated patronage I no longer wish to bring my business here. After scaling in, unloading my precious metals and waiting my turn to go inside they refused to pay me formy scrap even after denying their requests to adorn a mask as I cannot. They tried to kick me out and steal my scrap! I Insisted they pay me and I would leave and never go back! Nice way to treat a long time customer, and former family camping neighbor!

Was waiting in the social distancing line like everyone else. After about a half an hour I was first in line a guy showed up to weigh out and went right in jumping the line. I said "must be hard standing in line" he said they told me to come in. The guy behind the counter said we decide who comes in so settle down. I told him yes you do wished them a good day and left. I will buy my steel from Pacific. So go ahead, decide not to have me as a customer.
