My experience was terrific. I haven't worn contacts in probably 35 years (last fitted by Dr. Bob), and Cindy worked hard to find exactly the right pair to get me back on track. It took a little time because all deliveries are delayed right now due to COVID, but she rushed through the trial lenses, and after finding the perfect pair, they arrived in two days. I'm sure you can find someplace less expensive - you always can - but you need personal service for something as critical as lenses, and I'm glad Cindy was there to help me.

If I could give zero stars I would. Cindy is the RUDEST person I have ever encountered. I asked her for the pupillary distance of my father, a client for decades at her store and she told me that she could not give it to me and hung up.
I called her back explaining that since this is a pandemic my father cannot go out and please to give me the pupillary distance and she told me that my father should get it from someone else and hung up again.
I asked to speak to someone else in the office and she told me she was the sole owner of the company and hung up.

I was in dire need for new contacts, as I had a tear in mine and am legally blind without them. I contacted the inept, unprofessional, rude optician, Cynthia Hill. I requested a new box of contacts and was told she would contact me the following day. I didn't call the next day because you never know when she's going to attack. Four days passed by and I decided to contact her to check on their arrival. She told me that they arrived the day after I ordered them, but, that she chose not to contact me because she heard that I was diagnosed with Covid-19. She claims to have gotten this information
