Where we help individuals achieve better health and wellness through proper training, nutrition and mind/body classes. Reshape and tone your entire body to look longer and leaner by using simple-yet-effective techniques with Pilates. Challenge your body by increasing the strength of your core and limbs through our fun Stability Ball & Resistance Band classes.
Services
We have plenty of props to help students get deeper into postures than they'd be able to do on their own - including blocks, straps, blankets, sandbags, etc. And if you need to borrow a mat, we have several available for new or continuing students who forgot their own (just remember to use the cleaner at the end).
Most patients who have come to me have tried conventional medicine and other alternative practitioner, but they did not get the results they had hoped for. What makes my clinic unique is that I use Neurological Reflexes to determine exactly which barrier to healing is causing your pain or symptoms and develop an exact treatment to handle it.
Since 2000, I have practiced as a personal trainer. I have experienced an array of clientle ranging in age from 5 to 85. Because of my awareness of how clients experienced a low level of flexibility in mind and body, I began my pursuit of the practice of Yoga. Since I received my first Yoga Instructor Certification in 2005, I have been extremely motivated in sharing my insights and personal discoveries through the many pathways of Yoga.

I have been coming to yoga at Wellness to the Core for over 10 years, Angel is the best instructor, caring, knowledgeable, always assisting you to get the most out of your yoga class. There is a wide variety of classes for all ages and level of experience. I would recommend her and all of the instructors at Wellness to the Core!

I have been going to Wellness to the Core for yoga classes at least once a week for almost 3 years and highly recommend! Great variety of classes, and Angel (and all of the other teachers) are welcoming, very knowledgable, and will work to fill whatever your personal needs are.

There aren't enough nice things to say about WTTC. The instructors are universally excellent, and there's a wide variety of classes from hot yoga to aerial to chair and restorative, to special classes for kids. There's also always some special fun event going on - Keep an eye on their calendar and their facebook page!

Wellness to the Core offers a large variety of classes. Something for everyone! For those who like to sweat, there is Hot Yoga. For those who like to rest, there is Gentle Yin Yoga. For those who like to sit, Chair Yoga. For those who like to hang, Aerial Yoga. For those who like outside, Lake Yoga. So much more. Plus, fitness classes combining Yoga and Pilates. I thonk there are over 20 classes on the schedule, so there should be a class to fit you life.
In the same building, there is a chiropractor and nutrition. Or is you really need to relax, an orthopedic massage and reflexology appointment
