Many of my clients have had the digital age thrust upon them. I created this computer repair service 11 years ago so that I could help people get more comfortable with and capable of using technology in their own lives. I try to look at everything that happens during a job from my customer's point of view.
I have built my services around helping people better understand how to use their devices - while also providing repair services. If your computer is not working the way it is supposed to, it could be due to a wide variety of reasons. Whether moving from your home or office, safely disassembling, transporting, and setting up electronics can often become a difficult task.

The owner took my computer tower and upgraded it from windows 7 to 10. He brought it back, left it with files missing and didn’t know how to retrieve them. He never instructed me on Windows 10. We talked a couple times on the phone but he couldn’t help me then dropped me refusing my texts and calls. I then called a reliable tech and he was very helpful. He fixed my problem plus found errors that had been caused by Ace Computer. I would never use Ace again

I was a little worried at first to chose Ken but I am glad I did. The computer I had him fix was for my son to do distant learning it was so slow and locked up when he would be on Zoom. Now the computer runs faster and did not lock up. The turnaround time was awesome. I would recommend using Ken.

If you're having issues with understanding your devices and are looking for someone to activate your programs as well as training you on using them then Ken is your guy. I have personally used Ken with great results. In fact he also has a service for taking down all your devices & computers when you are moving and then setting everything back up at you new business or home. Call Ken I highly recommend him. Ken Hugdal has come to my rescue several times. He helped when my computer wouldn't boot, he helped my mother setup her sound system, and when I needed to buy a new computer right away he spent time online "shopping" for me to make sure that I got the right machine. I would highly recommend Ken as he will not only fix your issue but spend time helping you understand how to avoid future problems.

I had recently had the hard drive replaced on my laptop by another company. They did a good job but it never really ran like before.
I had met Ken the owner of Ace through a mutual friend and mentioned my frustration and asked if he thought that I should just chuck the old one and get a new laptop. Ken offered to take a look at it at no charge to evaulate how things were working.
After a few hours he called and said that the harddrive was working great but the operating system (Windows Vista) was the problem. He loaded Windows 7, had it back to me in a couple of days and it is now working better
