Just closed out loan through McLean Mortgage. It was a great experience until our original loan officer left. After that the communication fell apart. We as the buyers had to initiate all communication. This is the third time we bought a home, and was the first time nobody showed to closing or even called or text. I know this was a weird situation but if I were working for McLean I would have made sure there was even more communication.

Devon Eastlack was my lender and she is AMAZING! She fought in situations beyond my control and was always on top of things. Being a first time homebuyer has taught me a lot and without her help I would of been lost! I would recommend her to any and everyone.
