I just tried twice to contact this service for a quote and at the first hang up I thought it was a fluke, a dropped call, but after I called back, a Rick told me "no I hung up on you," and promptly hung up again. That is NOT what a 5 star driver service should be like. Will not be doing business with this service and I'll see if this review stays put.

My elderly parents needed to fly round trip from Oakland airport. They get confused at times, and I was very concerned about how they would find their way to and from. I called Rick and he was absolutely amazing. He is reliable, punctual, and considerate. In addition, his rates are very reasonable. After driving my parents to the airport and seeing they could easily be confused, he suggested meeting them in the terminal at the arrivals hall on their return. Excellent service from Dugway. Rick was very professional from the first moment I contacted him to when he dropped me off at my house after dinner.
I wanted a lovely evening out for 5 of my friends so I scheduled a dinner in Yountville at Brix restaurant. I called Dugway and Rick answered the call and immediately said he could accommodate me on the date I requested. He showed up promptly and the car was a stretch limo that seated 8. He stocked it with ice for our champagne on the drive from Vallejo to Yountville and even had bottled water chilled for my guests.
