Marc Murrietta came on-site to my home today and did an extremely thorough job doing an assessment for mold and water damage from a recent flood in my home from some excess rainfall in LA. He was able to articulate all the possible issues in great detail and brought me along for his full inspection every time he discovered something. There was a lot of 'bad' news to report but I'm so thankful at how open and transparent he was. First time making an insurance claim for water damage was told they had to do testing to continue with my claim they came out promptly and insisted to do the test quick this was during covid. Was told my insurance company will cover the cost not only did my claim fail but my bill was $1199.00 for the 2 so called test plus did additional damage to my floors in an area that wS not damaged think twice with this company

I hired them to do asbestos testing on my popcorn ceiling and they came out were punctual and professional. I had my report within a few days and it was very detailed, was not “auto generated” like people on here are claiming, it was specific to my house - it had a diagram of my floor plan and where they sampled from in each room etc. They were rather pricey but isn’t everything these days?

I called Tony from Titan Environmental and within 1 hour of scheduling an-in home consultation, I was greeted by a young technician named Wilmar.
He was professional, courteous, and clearly explained everything that he was going to be doing. He collected samples and assured me that he will have test results after he brings the samples back to the lab.
I received results of the test within 24 hours!
I was very impressed with the customer service, professionalism, most importantly the follow up.

I recently had to renovate my house and I was referred to Titan Environmental. I was concerned with their reviews on Google so I told my contractor I didn’t want to use them. I hired another environmental testing company myself and they never showed up. I ended up calling Titan Environmental because I needed the asbestos inspection ASAP. I had a difficult time finding someone that was reasonably priced and open to test for asbestos and lead since we had a water damage (worst time ever during this quarantine). The wall and ceiling was wet and there was mold, so our contractor needed to test for asbestos and lead before they can cut it out. They wouldn’t start without the test (just as I was afraid of, more people into the house and more money).
