This is an edit added to my original post. I raised the stars as the dealer did donate the service to a charitable organization for fundraising. Also, the manager did tow the car back quickly after hearing that the oil was running out. It does not change the fact that the communication was horrible. Further, even the service manager never followed up until I arrived to pick up the car after repairs and it was still overfilled. I have to document this as the owner's manual states the engine WILL incur damage if driven when over filled and it was driven almost 40 miles before I discovered

I have purchased too many new cars in my life. My wife tells me I have a commitment issue. Our latest purchase was a new 2018 leftover Mazda Miata MX-5. We had to drive several hours to the dealership in Hurlock, Maryland but it was well worth it. Our salesman Big Mike was tremendous from start to finish. We called to make sure the car as still available and he made sure it was when we got there several hours later. The entire sales process was smooth and they honored the price they sent me days earlier. The salesman manager Billy Andrews in the Mazda store came over to introduce himself and made

I made a deal on a 2016 F-150 truck which was not honored by Chris Marks there. Even though I clearly showed what they were advertising on the internet, written email, and the deal I make with a Preston manager, he lack the integrity to honor the deal Customer relationship mean nothing at this dealership so save the gas money. They lure you in and then change their commitments when you go to sign the deal.

I couldn't give them a zero star rating so they this get one.

I went in for a service bulletin (just a system update, something even I probably could have done, but I lack the access to the giant Mazda computer) and they told me it would take about half an hour. After reading the previous review, I was sure to mention that this was the only thing I needed done, but things seem to have gone smoothly and I was back on the road within an hour.

Wasn't bad, wasn't exceptional, but hey, now my headlights don't flicker.

This dealership is a joke --understaffed, unorganized, and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the drive.
