Heard about them through recommendation of a family member. Called on a Monday & had a windshield appointment on a Friday. When I got there sadly the windshield that was ordered never made it to the shop, so they apologized & searched for another windshield. At the time of writing this theres was a shortage on windshields which I'm not surprised since there's already a shortage on every other car part in general due to pandemic. We scheduled another date the following weekend. The man that helped me through out the entire process was named Robert. He was a very knowledgeable/

The recent cold weather made the tiny chip on my windshield spread across the entire surface. I was referred to VIP and scheduled an appointment with them to come out to my home and install a new windshield on my truck. They were quick, very professional and the entire process was painless. They did not show on time at the Ford dealership where my truck was having other issues fixed. I finally was able to pick my truck up from the dealership and found where the cord mechanism to remove the glass abraded the door. I suggest you use a company like Safelite or some other professional automotive glass company.

Called to check availability of glass to install myself, lady told me they had it in stock. Drove there and a guy said they had it in there warehouse not in the shop and that I couldn’t go pick it up I’d have to wait. Didn’t seem to care that they wasted my time then said there was nothing I could do to get my glass today. They don’t care about the customer.

From my experience VIP Auto Glass is easily the most professional auto glass replacement business in town. I’ve had experiences with other “fly-by-night” windshield shops only to receive low quality service, cheap glass or a leaky windshield. VIP on the other hand backs their work, has a knowledgeable team and communicates great from start to finish. It’s truly nice to see a business take so much pride in their work and their customers!

A rock shattered my window on 290 one morning while heading into work, so I pulled over to check it out. I called Lisa at VIP and she immediately sent her tech to the warehouse for my replacement window so I wouldn't have to wait while they repaired my car. They fixed my window quickly and for a great price. I will use VIP the next time I need a window replaced.

V.I.P. GLASS replaced my dad's 2016 F-150 windshield(only two weeks old) when an 18 wheeler kicking up some rocks at us on 290.
They're mobile and were able to come out us the very next day!
They actually took the time to insure everything was taken care of with his new truck.
Needless to say, their work was excellent and my dad was very pleased with the results due to the fact that it came completely flawless!
Mike definitely knew what he was doing.
If you're near cypress, I highly recommend these guys.
