I was in a hurry to get a birthday banner for my daughter's Sweet 16 party but I didn't want to pay a lot of money for it. All the local vendors wanted to charge me close to $100! We are here today to put vinyl lettering on a boat and I want to talk to you real briefly about the materials and the tools that you can use in this process. First, off we have just rubbing alcohol, this is 91% the higher the percentage the better it's going to evaporate and fewer smudges it's just better.
So what we are going to do today is installing some window decals on these windows, we have 6 of them to do here. This is a little different we aren't just sticking the decal on part of the window we are pretty much covering the window. I would be embarrassed to display this even as a joke. It was shipped carelessly and arrived very damaged. There was no wrapping or padding in the box. The sign holder was tossed in on top of the sign to rub around loose. Printing was damaged on both sides and three of the four corners were bent.
I ordered this sign through Zazzle, so I guess you should avoid Zazzle too.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!! I am a real estate agent who needed "For Sale" signs.
After I ordered my signs on line I received, and approved, a proof from Speedy Signs (Which, by the way, is a VERY misleading name because they are VERY SLOW!). The color was wrong (Very dark blue that had almost no contrast with the black = no contrast on a two color sign) on the first batch of signs that I received. I spoke with Adriana, who in the beginning was very nice, and she instructed me to take a picture and send it to her.

Vanity was amazing in helping me to get a number of signs on very short notice. I was concerned that they wouldn't get here in time, and she made sure they did. She was even on the production floor making sure that everything was taken care of for me. The signs look great, and I will be using Speedy Signs again.
I saw the negative reviews, but I had a good feeling about Vanity, and I am so happy I went with my gut.

If there were no stars, I would have picked that. This company made a sidewalk sign for me based on a design I uploaded. After taking a week to get the sign (they're supposed to be 'speedy' but they aren't) when I opened it I couldn't believe it. The background was 4 shades darker and the text didn't show up on it! They refused to refund my money or make another sign. I lost $100 on this - don't waste your money. They do NOT care about making the customer happy, at all. I will never order from them again and will caution everyone I know not to do business

They want me to change my design and did it same day. delayed me over 20 days! finally got my signs BUT old design! totaly absurd, lost a lot of time waiting and lost lots of sale of my business! now they don't want to refund. hey its your mistake and you re responsible for the outcome! please learn, teach your custm.rep. how to deal.

I ordered a yard sign to advertise the "coming soon" status of my house. I designed 2 lines of print, EACH to be 3" in height. When I received the sign, the 2 lines of print, along with the spacing in between them was a total of 3" high. Are you kidding me? I can barely read it from 3 feet, so there was no way an interested person could read it from the street. Their website is extremely misleading. I had few bad experiences with speedy signs. The company keeps changing prices and product specification. The product is not done per your specification. As a designer, I don't recommend them to any friends or fellow designers. Personally, i stoped ordering from them. Extra saving doesn't worth the headache. Also don't believe their promotion and coupons. Along with the headache you will get a irresponsible management people with bad attitude. I am not posting on yelp to destroy their business; I am just warning other fellow design and save them the hassle and time.

Wow, this company is terrible. i placed an order, received it and it was not the quality i expected. Called them twice, no resolution. emailed, no resolution. The order was for license plate tags. The print quality was not good and the holes for the screws to go in were not all the same. I even shipped the product back to them with a note, and no response. terrible! wish there was a "no star" selection. 1 star is very undeserving.

I placed a large order with this company, and paid a substantial amount to have the order shipped. The website states one policy on shipping within 5-9 business days yet does not honor it! Company did not ship in a timely manner, and customer service (Adriana & her supervisor) did NOTHING to rectify the mistake. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order for 2 separate vinyl stickers, 2 names, once I PAID for my order I received an email from a woman named Adriana Mata who informed me that they could possibly put the 2 names on one sticker. Weeks went by with no word from them. I called to find out the status of my stickers and there was first no customer service reps available, after countless calls over many days. SpeedySigns.com took my money over two months ago waited six weeks to tell me there was a problem, but never told me what the exact problem was. After 3 months of being totally ignored I received a phone call from their customer service department apologizing and promising an return call that day. Well it's 3 days later and no response.

My first signs turned out fabulous, but the application instructions were wrong. My second set of signs were all wrong, but they couldn't tell me why since this order looked exactly the same on their end. All they would say is "I'm sorry, but our signs are custom and there's nothing we can do about it." I get so sick of businesses saying "I'm sorry, but". They wouldn't consider any other stance but that, and now I have to pay all over again. They're not cheap, and not very fast. I would seriously consider finding someone local to do this for

Three errors:
1. Wrong aspect ratio (non-proportional), even though I said I need my signs a very specific dimension (even sent picture), did not know about hanging characters...
2. Typo in one of the signs...poor quality control
3. Sent sign reverse printed, and did not specify, or even ask if reverse ro normal (mount inside or outside of surface....)
Not very good customer service...
Was the cheapest for quotes, but only 50% discount on their mistake, which made this the most expensive. Signs were not very speedy either....How can a company like this expect to stay in business???
